VICTORIA DIEHL
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with bachelor degrees in Interactive Web Management (IWM) and Journalism.
Through passion, hard work, and dedication, I have become proficient in successfully creating designs and experiences worth remembering.
While not working, I like to spend my free time reading or playing video games. Another interest of mine is cooking. My favorite meal to make is P.F. Chang copycat lettuce wraps. However, I also enjoy creating something new from the items I have available at home.

PRODUCT LISTING PAGE REDESIGN
The Miles Kimball company faced the challenge of presenting their older audience with a visually seamless and efficient way of viewing large grids of their products.
The objective of this project was to sort the displayed information in such a way that it would be easier for the user to digest, which would ultimately lead to increased click-through and conversion rates.

MEMBER LOYALTY PROGRAM
The Miles Kimball company faced the challenge of retaining repeat customers and customers that returned to their site more than once a year.
The objective of this project was to create an enticing enough experience for customers to return to the website multiple times throughout the year. One pain point throught the project was finding a way to help a small company compete with Amazon's famous 2-day free shipping and customer's newly emerging opinion that shipping should be free wherever they shop online.
